It is with great pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to all members of our Crusoe College community, comprising students in years 7 through 10, dedicated staff, parents and carers. These are values we expect all members of our college community to demonstrate every day and form the basis of the work we do to improve student outcomes.

Our vision is for all our students to emerge as responsible members of society, equipped with the skills and mindset to navigate their chosen pathways towards a bright and fulfilling future. Whether it’s further education, entering the workforce, or contributing actively to our community, we are committed to empowering our students for success. Central to our philosophy is our dedication to working with each student on an individual basis. We prioritise forming strong, positive relationships and managing these connections restoratively. Underpinning this is the firm belief that every individual has the capacity to learn and grow.

Furthermore, we recognize the critical importance of providing a safe and orderly environment in which all students can learn and grow. It is our duty to ensure that every student feels secure and supported throughout their educational journey, catering to their needs at every level of school life. We are immensely proud of the wide range of opportunities we offer to students both within and beyond the classroom to support them to grow and learn during their time with us.
